The Estes delivery driver was courteous enough, and very strong to pull a double pallet with my Hayward Pool Heater, but NOT wearing a face mask or even showing he had one available!!! He was given a generous gratuity, nonetheless. Also, the calls back and forth to the Delivery Appointment Scheduler were at best- a nightmare. Remember folks, COVID-19 is real, and the truth is based on SCIENCE!!!

DO NOT SHIP OR HAVE DELIVERIES SHIPPED TO YOU VIA ESTES!!!nnThey make a point of calling a day before delivery to schedule an appointment but why I have no idea. The delivery NEVER comes within said time frame. I've lost hundreds of dollars having to pay our logistics team to stay and literally sit, waiting for Estes..RIDICULOUS! They ought be reimbursing me.nnNever, ever, ever have I had this problem with FedEx Freight, UPS Freight, R&L or the many other carriers I use.nnSave yourself the frustration. DO NOT USE ESTES!!!

I have enjoyed working with Estes over the last several months. Our Rep is great and the truck drivers are awesome! Any issues that I have had have been dealt with speedily and I am very satisfied with the service that I get!

From our Awesome Estes Rep Brian Morris, to the courteous, knowledgeable Dispatchers and the capable and helpful workers on the dock, all the way to our Tremendous Trucker, Frank, this company is WONDERFUL! They are always accommodating and willing to help us make special arrangements and 'time critical' shipments! Recently they were able to make the 'near-impossible' shipment happen and we are forever grateful!! Thanks ESTES for hiring such terrific, competent people!!
