The driver said he attempted delivery, no one home. He lied. My cameras show no FedEx vehicle came to my house today let alone at the time the driver stated. Customer service said I could go to the local site and pickup the package after 5pm. I arrived at 5:20pm and after the people looked for 20 minutes I was told that I shouldn't have been told I could pick it up, the package is on the truck for delivery tomorrow. Huge fail on FedEx's part. The package did not require a signature so had the driver come he or she should have left it but again my camera shows no FedEx vehicle came to my house.
Absolute joke of a branch. I knew Fedex was third-rate, but I’m now on my second package IN A ROW that they’ve FUMBLED. If someone ships something to me via fedex, I just have to expect it in 2 weeks after my expected delivery day due to driver incompetence (in my area, at least).
Don't waste your time herennThey don't even have the hours on the Google posted lol
Expect deceit and rude customer service. I did not get my package and the order was concurrently cancelled. Will be using literally any other carrier henceforth
