Had a great experience getting a unit here from start to finish. Corey was most helpful. He walked us through the process step by step, showed us the unit beforehand, and made sure it was clean. Then once we were done with the unit, I was able to call and he had the lease terminated and everything completed within a couple of hours. We only used it for a couple of months but there we no issues WHATSOEVER. We never had any issues accessing our unit, all of our stuff came out in the same condition it went in, and the whole process was seamless. I would use them again in a heartbeat and will be recommending to friends!
We had a great experience with this storage company. Corey, the manager was friendly and extremely helpful in determining the appropriate size storage unit for the pieces of furniture we had. He was kind and understanding that I was trying to coordinate this storage from out of state and on a short timeline. We movers scheduled for the next day. I was able to get everything taken care of it - the process was easy - and we were able to have the items moved to the storage unit the next afternoon.

Corey was extremely helpful and patient with me as I had a lot of questions. He answered all my questions and helped me feel at ease. He even moved me to a unit that would be easier to get to. He made my decision to choose Extra Space easy. The facility is very nice and the unloading/loading area was extremely helpful during rain. I feel safe and at ease coming in and going out. I highly recommend!
The onsite staff was very polite and helpful. Facility was very clean every time we visited. Staff would actually come out and greet and offer to help. We only needed a short term rental of 3 months and this facility met our needs. My only suggestions are: 1) have an option so customers don't have to purchase a lock that will be useless after the storage; 2) improve the billing system. I tried for 2 days to pay bill online; finally had to call to pay online and because of the delay I encountered a late fee.
