If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a custom made cabinet and Commercial Works had a robot call to tell me to call them to set up delivery. This should have been my first clue as to how this company treats it's customers. So I immediately called and asked to schedule delivery, however was given no options as to when it could be. It's all their way or no way! They only deliver to Louisville on Tuesdays and Thursdays during the day when their customers are also working so we can pay for services. So plan to take time off work to accommodate THEIR schedule! Once you decide on a Tuesday or Thursday, the day before delivery you will receive a call with a FOUR HOUR ESTIMATED time of delivery! Really???? So I need to schedule 4 hours off to accommodate you? I didn't realize you were doing me such a huge favor by filling an order. Sorry we all work in my house so we can pay for goods and services (like yours). If customers are looking for anything remotely resembling customer service do not look here.

I have no stars for this company. They were supposed to deliver my cabinets on Friday, 11/29, for installation Monday 12/2. I received a call that the truck broke down and they weren't coming and they didn't know when they would come. The texts that I had been receiving all week saying my cabinets were coming were from CDS Logistics, but apparently this company has them? Extremely confusing. And trucks are out without a dispatch (I was told that they were closed for the holiday!) to assist in getting another truck to make the deliveries? At this point, I have no idea where my cabinets are--on the side of the road somewhere in a semi perhaps? I was basically told by an office person who called me that if I wanted them on Monday morning, I could drive my F150 truck over several times and get them: 14 cabinets worth $20,000. Thomasville and Home Depot are trying to resolve the issue; however, the personal cell phone I got from the office manager, but she refuses to answer her phone. Did CDS outsource? If they did, they picked the wrong company. Don't use this company.nnI am posting an update on the situation: After an email to the president of CDS Logistics, it was determined that my delivery was outsourced to Commercial Works, who is now working diligently to resolve the situation. When my cabinets are delivered on time, I will update again.
