Was a great company before UHaul took over. After their acquisition autopay was kept getting disabled by their system without notification which resulted in their system not to process my auto on time. When it did process it, their system kicked out my account so the they added late payment fees. Keep in mind,, my account had ample funds,, nothing wrong with my debit card or account itself. I called thir office 13 times trying to get someone to call me back.. i emailed their office 7 times. I called UHaul customer service and was told I didnt have an account by THREE agents, one of which hung up on me. I finally DRIVE 16 hours (ft Lauderdale Florida to Louisville) to resolve. In August I pay my account in full and Sept 30 my bill had doubled and there were EIGHTY dollars in fees and found out that somewhere along the way they decided to add some insurance fee.nnHorrible service, Horrible billing, overall Horrible experience.nnOh I should also mention I have had this unit with Aladdin for 6 years... within 6 months of UHUAL taking over I've ended use of their services.nnNegative stars

Great experience here. Was moving from one house to another and had a few days between sale and purchase. Rather than moving all my things into storage, moving things out of storage and renting the truck twice, the manager here requested another vehicle from another Uhaul to cover another reservation, which allowed me to hang onto the truck for a few days and avoid having to move twice. I had actually called Uhaul to try to hold onto it for a few days and they said it couldn't be done, but this manager made it happen. Very grateful!

Love renting from here. The Customer Service is excellent and they are always able to help me out. I Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a rental truck or storage.
