I will have to admit that for buying a bed, this was a brand new experience. Andy, who does the appointment and finalizing of the sale, is completely amazing and friendly. Andy was ABSOLUTELY the perfect sales person for our mattress. We came expecting to buy, but we did not come expecting to laugh and have a great time! He was very knowledgeable about all the mattresses we sampled and extremely informative about what we should and should not get based on our needs. This guy (Andy Smith, owner) is literally amazing! Like seriously the best customer service we have ever experienced!!!! His knowledge bed frames, sleep styles and adjustable bases is impeccable!! He gave me such a huge discount i actually invited my mom and the in-laws. He even waited til past 6pm ( i work late) to help me with my mattress! We haven't slept good in years!! No more headaches, my more grouchy mom!!
Andy responded immediately, set up a same day appointment with me. He was prompt, knowledgeable, high energy, friendly and got my mattress and box springs delivered within 2 hours. Talk about impeccable service. I'd recommend to everyone looking for a great experience. Thanks Andy!!
