We worked with Betsy on the purchase of a sectional sofa and dining room table, and she was wonderful! She answered all of our questions, walked us through the warranty information, and helped us plan our delivery. She managed each of these tasks with ease while also greeting/assisting other customers. The task was completed quickly with ease and a very friendly demeanor. We were very impressed with that, but what really knocked it put of the park was when we returned over a year later, and Betsy remembered us (with masks!) and our furniture purchase.nnBetsy was such a helpful, kind, and fun salesperson. Her attention to detail and customer service are unparalleled!

Great Customer service. I dealt with Michelle and she was awesome! Super nice and friendly. My couch was delivered EARLY on the day she said it would be delivered. Everyone else has been pushing back delivering dates but Rooms To Go did what they said they would do. And the couch looks great and is super comfy and also was the best price. I sat on couches that were a thousand dollars more dollars and felt like garbage. Delivery was scheduled 8am-12pm. At 7am The delivery Men called me saying were they 15 minutes out. The had the couch unloaded and put together in 15 minutes. I made it to work on time! Can't go wrong with Rooms To Go!

Today I went to RTG to shop for new furniture that would go in my dad's apartment. I was greeted by Carol at the Greenville, SC store upon entering. She was pleasant and welcomed me to ask her for help if I had questions or needed help after I told her I was going to look around first. Carol was so helpful in guiding me to items as we put the living room together. Honestly, she made a potentially stressful situation almost easy. Her bright and personable attitude was refreshing in customer service. I changed my mind a few different times before I decided on the perfect ensemble of furniture for my dad, but she never missed a beat. I am so pleased with the whole experience from walking in the door to setting up delivery dates! When we are ready for another home purchase we will use Rooms to Go again and will recommend the Greenville store and Carol to everyone we know that has a furniture need!!!

The staff Betsy was extremely friendly patient and helpful we actually purchased a sectional couch ottoman and rug from them over all very good experience
