Eric was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He explained every part of the beds and setup well. He was extremely knowledgeable when it came to financing and approval process. I could not have had a better experience. I will keep my business with them and recommend everyone to gorse Eric at the Gainesville stores. You will not be disappointed.
They made the process of choosing the best mattress for me and my budget so easy and seamless. They showed me mattresses in my budget, and made sure I had what I needed (ended up getting a free adjustable base with a promotion they have going on). They were friendly, and I was in and out in less than an hour or so. My sales associate was friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them highly.
From the first moment we got there, we had excellent service! We weren’t sure if we were even going to buy a mattress that day but Mr David Hensley was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful! Mr Hensley has great customer service and my husband and I would ask for him by name if we needed to buy another mattress for our household.
I Dealt with Renee through the whole delivery process there was a slight delay on the delivery of my mattress and box springs however it was a very smooth operation she was extremely polite very very helpful and the whole thing went off nicely I even bought an extra pillow she is a wonderful person and I will be back to mattress firm for any of my other needs that concern bedding. Great people and service.
