Brittney was excellent from the beginning of our shopping process to when we ordered our furniture. She was very helpful is finding the perfect furniture for our new home. We received full attention from the sales person. She was close by when we had questions but did not hover and allowed us to wander and discuss our opinions amongst our selves. She listened to what our needs were and made helpful Suggestions. We will return to sit down with her to choose fabrics and the details of our purchase.

I have been in the Gainesville store twice now. Both times the customer service was excellent, very impressed. Yesterday was with Robert Johnson who was very professional and easy to talk to.
