Worst Customer Service. Called to check the availability of a grill. You go through an automated telephone setup. Got directed to Outdoor Garden. Guy sighs when he answers the phone. We ask about to grill, guy tells us that we reached “OUTDOOR garden. You know with dirt and stuff...” We apparently needed indoor. We asked to be transferred. He said he would try and proceeds to hang up. We call again, get redirected to him. We ask to be transferred again. He doesn’t even respond... literally hangs up. CALL AGAIN. Ask for customer service... we wait an additional 20 mins. We finally get someone and he asks if we’re talking about the black grill. Ugh. Sure... yes the the black one. At this point, we’re over it. Purchased from a different company. What a joke!

Had a fantastic experience at this store with a gentleman named Frank. He was definitely knowledgeable and very helpful with everything I needed during my visit. Highly recommend ud83dudc4dud83cudffc
