Went to this store last night with the intentions of possibly upgrading from my much loved galaxy s8+ that I've had for the last 3 years. Kate and Alex were super helpful and very pleasant to work with! Kate was super knowledgeable about all the different plans and promotions and she got my boyfriend and I both set up with the new galaxy s21, and saved us some money along the way! We are super happy with the service we received from the girls at this store and even more happy with our new phones! Thank you Kate and Alex! We will definitely return to this Tmobile location for any future needs.

Great experience at this location. Shout out to Rose. This young lady went above and beyond to help me out. Made this transition the one and only time I didn't regret changing phones and service. Rose is a great employee and should be celebrated

My first interaction with T-Mobile and this is, by far, the best customer service I have ever received from a telecommunications company. The employees were well informed and helpful. The only reason they are receiving 4 stars instead of 5 is that there is no coverage in my area with T-Mobile. Otherwise, I would more than likely have switched carriers today.

OMG 4 days coming to the store and no one could help until Kaitlin C. Came to the rescue. She even stayed late to make sure we were taken care of. Truly blessed she was here today. ❤

The store has great customer service rep! Hands down especially Rose! she was very helpful with a HUGE issue I had for several months. Also, there was a very rude client and she handle it with so much patience & professional. I would have flicked him off & tell him not to return. Honestly, I do believe he just had a bad day and took it out on her. Very high recommend there were two girls there & assist me with my issues. Ignore the bad review there very helpful
