Came here Saturday to fix my screen, I can’t recall the sweet guy that helped us. But he was amazing! He was informative, and went beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our experience. They quoted 2 hours for the repair but ended up being maybe an hour if that, so super fast! We will always use this location for now on!

Took in my Apple Watch after I broke the screen. They had to send it off to Apple to get repaired. Got an estimated turn around time of 3 to 14 days because of this bs COVID. I was extremely impressed when I got an email exactly 3 days later saying it was ready for pick up! Will definitely be visiting them again! I wish I had caught the names of the 2 guys that helped me out but their customer service was impeccable!

I was having issues with a MacBook that I recently purchased. I took it to this simply Mac and was told it would be $100 dollars for them to troubleshoot and see what the issue was, even though It was still under warranty and has Apple care + coverage. I mentioned that to the gentleman working and was told that they don’t do warranty repairs or Apple care repairs that I needed to take it to the Apple store. I then took my computer to Apple and I asked them if it was true what I had been told and they said no as simply Mac is an apple authorized repair store that they are able to do under warranty repairs and Apple care repairs. Simply Mac even mentions on their website that they do warranty and Apple care repairs.

The negative reviews can’t handle bad news. It’s Apple products their sole design is to make the most money out of you possible.nnThe staff was both friendly and professional. Highly recommend this place. Pro tip get Apple care it’s worth the price.
