Derrick helped me with trading in my 6s plus for a new 11 very helpful and fast service!
Very rude employees. Didn’t let me know about the extra fees I had to pay for my trade in until after the sale was final and I came back to turn in my phone. Ended up having to pay an extra 180$ before getting the “promotional” deal we had agreed to initially.
There were nice and greedy when I came in the door.
