Excellent help ms. Gail very diligent. Place has some excellent conditioned peices and quality prices perfect for starter home
Somewhere in between good service and hard of hearing with some of the staff, quick to receive payment, very slow to fix a problem, God forbid you get a sales person who can't follow directions. Other than that the staff is friendly so you'll feel welcomed everytime you enter. They always have a nice selection of furniture.
We bought our furniture and it was delivered exactly one week later. It is beautiful, well made, and arrived in perfect condition. Doug and Ken delivered our order and they were so nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this location to any of my friends and family.
Worst customer service ever, returning items the worst. not even think of buying here they take months to return a broken merchandise.
CALLING TO CHECK IF A GOT A Chest that i order already and nobody now they just pass the phone and leave me on hold bad service !
