We took a computer several days ago to be recycled @ Best Buy. We got there a couple of minutes before they opened. Either the manager or another employee saw my husband bringing in the old heavy computer and he ran out to help him. You don't see that kind of service or kindness much anymore!!! Thanks Best Buy...we will make a purchase next time.

Went in mainly to ask questions about the Xbox Series X. The staff was nice and professional. Answered our questions to the best of their knowledge, and gave a couple (much needed) recommendations on other topics. Overall, quite satisfied.

Worst online purchase experience ever. Took 2 months to get a dishwasher delivered to the store for pick up. Only notice we got on the status of the delivery was there was delays on 1/10. After a couple of weeks I called customer service to check status on it. Was told it was delivered and ready. Head up to the store and was told we don't have it. Check back in a couple weeks. Waited until last week. Called customer service again., Because couldn't get a human to answer at the store. Was advised it should be ready for pick up in 3&4 days. Wait on an email to confirm. Check email last night and received one saying we have until 2/25 to pick up your dishwasher or we will return it and provide a refund. This was last night @ 9:30...... What?? No calls? No additional attempts. I had to call customer service again and Lodge a complaint for them to extend the pick up day to today 2/26. A person spending money should never have to chase down their product. Horrible customer service, horrible organization of deliveries. Do yourself a favor and just go to Lowe's.

Granted this is a smaller store but I feel like inventory is definitely lacking in a lot of areas. There are many empty spots on shelves and plenty of items that they just don't carry that the larger locations have readily available. Even though this one is closer to me than Buford I only go here in a pinch.
