Fernie is the best. So are the ladies who work with him. Great customer service and great price. I've been a customer since switching from Verizon in 2018. They have never let me down. Also fernie always gives me great advice when I have a question about my phone or any tech.
Purchased a phone on the 25th, went back on the 26th to try to return it. Rene told me no because it was an upgrade while the other employee was going to do it. But it was not an upgrade cause I purchased the same phone at retail price. Now I am stuck with a $300 paper weight thanks for nothing metro!!!
