I ordered a Brooke Shields designed sofa for my condo from La-z boy. La-Z-Boy is the worst. They could not sufficiently provide liability delivery insurance to my building. This took almost a week. I told them they could deliver any time between 1 and 5PM on delivery day. My building will not accept deliveries after 5 PM due to elevator restrictions. I received a call the day before it would be between 3 and 6PM. No one at La z boy could jump in and help with the time. They use a 2nd party delivery service that calls all the shots. I received a call at almost 6 that the driver was miles away. My building would not allow them in. When I called La z boy, they told me they would never be able to guarantee the delivery would happen before 5. My hands were tied. They took my deposit and threatened to charge the balance. They let me down after waiting weeks, and weeks. They do not care. They can sell the sofa and keep my deposit. Please be very cautious when dealing with these folks. They flake out during the end sale. Read all the other reviews online. They are true. The Pleasant Hill, GA location does not know the meaning of customer service.
We came here since we heard this location was going out of business. There is no last day but they do have a few decent deals on furniture.nnWe ended up purchasing two table lamps and a easel for well over 80% off.
Great place, ask for Salesman Scott for a great deal. He will work with you.
