I love shopping for my home at Kirklands. They have my style of home decor every time I go in. A shopping staple for sure.
The store manager was absolutely Rude and refused to make my return. It was less than 3 months since my purchase, I had a receipt and everything. I don’t know what has happened to this store. I have spent thousands of dollars in this store. I will not be giving them my business anymore. TERRIBLE! That manager should be fired!
Customer service was horrible when someone walks into your place of business you are there to help them greet everyone you should not have to make a purchase to have a conversation... Mgr just so you this is entry level training remember your employees represent your business good or bad...
