As an erstwhile contractor, I have spent hours (probably days in all) roaming the aisles of Home Depots from Virginia to Georgia. Our trip today for sill and brick moulding was the same as usual--easy and quick. The woman who helped us at check out was so helpful and friendly. I appreciated it a lot. I noticed this Georgia store had significantly more safeguards for customers at check out.
Had a great experience today thanks to Rey!!!!! I had asked for help getting a key made and waited about 10min for someone to come. Rey came around the corner and asked if I needed help and he made them for me. He also noticed that I had other items in my hand and on the floor next to me as I waited. He said he'd be right back and came back with a basket for me to put my things in. This was so sweet and kind and I really appreciated him for going out of his way to help. Thank you Rey!!!!
Despite getting disoriented in garden section, passing employee was very helpful in finding the aisle and bay for my bird seed... And store had better organized options than my closest Home Depot. Cashier also very good
Great experience!! Cindy in customer service is amazing. She even made a personal call to remind me to come and get my money from a previous will call order! Pam was super nice as well...
I have noticed that home depot is getting better about having enough people to help with the needs of customers. Usually in the past have had to wait a long time and search for help. Thank you home depot keep up the good work.
