We had a great experience at Mattress Firm. Donovan was very thorough with explaining the quality of the mattresses and pillows. He also was very personable and offered us great deals. Donovan was awesome. He was patient as he explained the different types of mattresses and encouraged us to lay on them to determine comfort level. He was not pushy to sell us anything and answered all questions we had. Ultimately we purchased a mattress on the spot.
Jacqueline was so incredibly helpful! She was so knowledgeable and patient with us in helping us find the perfect mattress. We had a great experience in the store and with delivery, and most importantly, we love our new mattress.
