I literally went to four stores in the area. I chose this one based on: awesome customer service, great prices and awesome selection. Arlind did everything possible to ensure that I received the best prices and the most timely delivery possible. They have a customer for life!
This company has super great styles of furniture for mind boggling prices. My husband and I had a really great time shopping at this store. We loved the bed suite that we chose.nnI want to give a huge thanks to Cam and Fatah for doing an amazing job with the delivery. They were very trusting and gave the best help anyone could have offered. We love our bed set and we appreciate the diligence and fast smooth pace.
I still have not received the couch that I ordered. They sent me the wrong couch. My items arrived damaged as well. They keep deleting my post. They called me and asked me to delete my negative review I said I would if they send me the right item. Apparently they have been trying to contact me to give me the items but they claim they got no response. That’s funny because my phone didn’t work when you tried to call me to give me the items but now it works when you call and ask me to delete my review. Do not shop here.
We visited the store for just a wooden table set. The reps offered deals so sweet for the table and chairs, so that I purchased more to go with the dining room set. We were very pleased with the patients and intriguing choices that were given by the sales reps. They have countless exotic brands and styles at this establishment.nnThese young men who delivered for us were very professional and were very fast and they were nice the whole time. We were so happy with the deal that we received that we are locked in with Grand Furniture for the rest of time. Thank you again Supreme Team, Cam and Douglas
