I needed a PROFESSIONAL to put my Lenovo Yoga back together after I tried replacing the TouchPad myself.nI dropped my laptop off and was told I'd receive a call in a few hours with a price.nAn employee named David called me and went over the price breakdown for me.nRoughly it was $130 for another motherboard, $16 for a wifi card, a few cables I needed, and two $40 service/labor charges and the total was $329.00.nI told David I wasn't sure if that made sense to me because I could buy the same laptop for $450 and it wouldn't have any problems.nJust talking it out, trying to find some clarity and make a decision. I wasn't upset at all. Just analyzing my options.nDavid suddenly told me that he didn't appreciate my attitude!!!!!!nI was very confused, simply trying to figure out the best direction to go with this.nNope, he was offended for some strange reason and suddenly was completely rude and unprofessional.nAt this point I told him that he had no reason to get upset with me, and to put his big boy pants on and treat customers like an adult.nHe hung up on me, twice.nnTrying to be the bigger person, I went and ogt David a gift before returning to pick up my laptop.nI set the gift on the counter, got my laptop back and told David that the gift bag was for him.nHe said he didn't want it and threw it away.nnAlright then.nDavid, I hope whatever is bothering you, treating customers in such a way resolves itself and works out for you.nnI will not be doing any business with these folks ever again.nnBest of luck David.

These computer techs are incredibly intelligent, and respectful. I highly recommend you use them for any cellphone or computer needs. A great group of guys who pride themselves on helping any customers that come through their doors to the best of their ability.
