Good customer service. Did have to wait long. I only needed 2 firesticks.
I brought my laptop in because I was having an issue that I did not quite understand with it. The young men at the Geek Squad counter were very helpful, and explained thoroughly what needed to be done. They were professional and courteous, I felt confident in their ability to take care of my issue. My laptop was ready when they stated. I even purchased a protection plan as I intend to rely on the Geek Squad for any future computer needs.
Ordinarily, they are cool but not in this instance. Sitting on the phone for a half hour and counting....and there are no available associates to answer the call?? I find that very hard to believe. And...if it is the case....they are in serious need of reorganization.nnUpdate: Second time today calling. On hold AGAIN over 30 minutes. My online purchase should be there today. No one can pinpoint or track its location. Unorganized. Just horrible.
