It was a nice store. However, I didn't know when to go in. Because of covid I needed to make an appointment. When I arrived I had to let them know I was there in parking lot. They did not tell me when to go in. I am use to other businesses telling when to enter.
Kiara was very helpful. I was having an issue getting my modem at my new address and she assured me that they would get me straight...and they did. Getting my gigabyte speed internet at home now! Good job!
It took forever to get seen. There were only 4 people in the store and at least 10-12 employees and it took me almost an hour and a half to get out of there. All I was doing was exchanging a box and fixing my mobile phone which by the way still isn't fixed!
Written 26 December 2020:nGreat Service from A. B. @ Snellville 30078 store. Helped change-over from deceased family member to new account. BUT, Missed Telling Us 24 Month CONTRACT And EXORBITANT Fee If Not FOFILED. Big problem since my brother-in-law unsure of where he will be in March 2021.
