Homegoods is one of my favorite stores, but yesterday's experience at the Tucker Location on Lawrenceville hwy was not pleasant! I got to the register and realize one of my items were cracked on the bottom, and the supervisor only wanted to give me $0.99 off! Which was not even 10%! Ridiculous! The company missed that sale because I politely told them that they could keep that item!
This locations lack of customer service is truly a problem...After spending close to $1000 here on Saturday, I get home to find that one of the chairs legs I purchased was broken. I came back in the next day to hopefully exchange it but they didn't have another. After getting the run around and waisting time coming back to the store twice I asked if they could fix it or discount it. After much aggravation, Tara did take $9 off which was the right thing to do.
