New location but needs an adult to run the show. It's cool young kids working but I can tell training needs to be done. Got drinks that are meant to be hot as is mildly warm. Breakfast wraps cold in the middle. Line wrapped around the building and long wait in line. So I will continue to drive past this one and go to the one on rt78.
I'm only giving this 5 Star for the 2 kids that were working alone yesterday. They did their best to run that ship and handled complaints respectfully. Thank you both.
Great customer service. They have improved tremendously on their drive through customer service
Wait times are long sometimes, but the drinks and food freshness and quality are worth it. So glad there is a Dunkin so close to my home!
They have asked us time and time again what we ordered even though we had already ordered and paid and we’ve spend a good 20 minutes just waiting
