I have patronized this location multiple times. During each visit or ordering through door dash.... MY ORDER HAD BEEN INCORRECT OR I HAVE HAD MISSING ITEMS! Coffee is often watery. Special instructions are not followed, and there is rarely or never any reimbursement for inconvenience of missing items, and terrible quality food and drinks. COSTUMER SERVICE IS POOR! I love Dunkin Donuts and prefer them over other coffee chains. This particular location makes me not want to patron any other location at all. Please fix this. Receipt clearly shows missing items which YOUR STORE did not pack. Even though it was NOT their fault...they took responsibility and refunded money. Oh, and BTW I tried to call but you don't answer your phone.TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR MISTAKE

This is my TWO weeks report card for Dunkin Donuts Grayson parkway and HWY 20nIf I could give a ZERO I would.nI order tea I got hot water without the tea bag.nI order tea with cream I got a black tea no cream no sugar.nI order tea I got coffee!!!nI order bagel with butter I got bagel with cream cheese!!nI ordered a bagel double toasted I got a untoasted bagel.nTHEY PAY NO ATTENTION TO DETAILS THEY JUST WANT TO COLLECT UOUR MONEY AND TO KEEP THE TRAFFIC MOVING.nnDon’t drive away from the window until you check all your items in your order!!!!!
