Nice new Dunkin Donuts. Small parking lot that can be hard to get to if the drive through is backed up. Waited a while for curbside, but they were a little busy with people inside. Pro Tip: if you get the cold brew, ask for light ice. We got a large and the cup was nearly filled with ice, barely any room for coffee.

DD usually has good food but this review is not about their food.nnAs hard as this parking lot is to get into, it makes their staff being SUPER RUDE an epic fail for this location. These people are so rude, the first time we went there the young lady at the window seemed like she just didn't want to be there. She cut us off taking our order and when we got to the window she caught an attitude.nnWe went back a second time a month later and it was even worse! We didn't even complete our order, I was so infuriated with the service, we left. And it was a different CSR but the same results.nnWILL NOT BE RETURNING. ud83dude21ud83dude12

My order was wrong and I was served donuts that were old and hard. A waste of a dozen donuts. I was so disgusted they served these donuts, I went to Krispy Cream. Staff was so friendly. The manager at the window saw the Duncan Donuts box. She jokingly stated would you like for me to discard those Duncan Donuts. I said please throw them out. The manager looked at them and shook her head as she replaced them for free. I was blown away. The Krispy Cream donuts were fresh.

Quick and helpful. I wish there was a second entrance to drive into. Make sure to turn right when you coming up on it not when you're passing it. You will need to turn around. Not a great design for pulling into the location. Fyi I know they are losing customers because I would continue to the other 78 STM location. Fix your parking lot.
