Clean environment, friendly staff.
Call the place before going there to make sure they have the donuts that you want available. The past couple of times I have been there. They either ran out of donuts or they have a very limited choice on what you can have. I rather drive a longer distance to a different location to make sure they have what it's being promoted on their screen.

Long wait in line at the drive through, over 25 minutes with just 4 cars in front of us. How long does it take to box up some doughnuts??? Other locations are usually pretty fast, but not this one. While in line, saw two cars drive off, tired of waiting. This is a failing business model. I ordered a dozen mixed, and they completely got my order wrong even while I waited an extra 5 minutes at the window. I also ordered a bottle of Coke, and they gave it to me already opened!!! I am not going back to this location ever! Not worth the time or the money. If management continues to let this happen, this location will be out of business inside of a year.
