Placed an order on their website at 6:50 pm. Got to the restaurant at 7:15. Sign on the door reads: CLOSING AT 7:00PM. Well I think it would have been appropriate to notify me when I'm placing the order that they are closing in 10 minutes. This kind of idiocy is constant at this restaurant. They lose. Not only did they lose this order but they have lost me as a customer. FOREVER.
Very tasty! My wife couldn't put down the Autumn soup until it was all gone!nnI wish the bakery had more variety.
My first experience with this location was when I ordered the broccoli and cheese mac & cheese on curbside. I had someone else pick up the order for me, so I couldn't check it before I left. When I opened the mac & cheese it was very evident that it was NOT fresh. It was clumpy and discolored. Unacceptable. I called the manager and he assured that I could come back and get another meal. However, I never went back because... life.nnThis morning, I decided to give them another try and I wanted a cinnamon crunch bagel with honey walnut spread. Of course! They're out of both of them at 10:30am. So instead of having a fulfilling breakfast, I left with nothing but my smoothie. Also, they need to be intentional with who they choose to work the drive thru. It was moving extremely slow and were like 3rd in line.
Currently in line and there are 6 people in line. Not all machines work. Really annoying. One cashier taking her very sweet, sweet time. Manager doesn't seem to care nor notice the people in line! Then they wonder why places close...because people like me get tired of coming to places like this where they can't hire more people to work and the ones working like to take their sweet, sweet time.
