This place either hired a bunch of newbies or they forgot how to handle in-store customers since the pandemic. We stood there for a while and no one seemed interested in taking our order (despite no line, and 4-5 employees standing around). Rather, everyone was avoiding eye contact and ignoring us. Then the young man who was sweeping the floor came in front of the donuts and starting twirling the broom like a baton. We said, “hey man.. not a good idea. You’re flinging debris on the food.” His reply? “Sorry, it’s a habit” ud83dude2b we should’ve left right then and there.nWe finally got someone to take our order. Then the same young man who was sweeping, struggled to find gloves.. finally put on gloves without washing his hands to serve our donut order. Jesus, be a health inspector. Don’t eat here unless you like glazed floor dust.
Absolutely needs a pass lane for the drive thru for online orders. Crazy wait times. Food delicious and staff friendly as always
Coffee is good but the donuts and bagels are often stale. No way these are made fresh daily. I frequent other Dunkin Donuts so I know what everything should taste like. There's something wrong with this one.
I love the location in Fairburn right before getting on the expressway.. Always friendly and professional not just saying that! Go there at 6a and you will see
It was slow and one of the iced coffees that we ordered tasted as if it was extremely diluted with water. You could barely taste the coffee.
