I had the BEST experience with Percy and Steven! They were easy going and very knowledgeable! I have been at Sleep Number, in Arbor Place Mall, and Mattress Firm, across from Target, and the shopping experience at Woodstock Mattress Outlet is incomparable! I have a sleep number now and hate it but Percy helped me find an affordable and PERFECT base and mattress! I can’t wait to have it delivered and be snoozing away on it this weekend! Thanks guys!!!

Percy was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, and allowed me to lay down and relax on several mattresses to make sure I was picking the right one for me. I didn’t feel rushed, or pressured to make a purchase. Based on my research, Woodstock had the best price for what I was looking for and Percy’s excellent customer service definitely was a plus!
I worked with a sales rep named Jared and his customer service far exceeded my expectations. He went over and beyond to answer all my questions and make sure I got exactly the furniture I was looking for. My husband was very impressed with how organized pick-up was at the distribution center. We were very impressed with the entire experience we had with Woodstock furniture! We will definitely be using them again!
Tirea Smith was attentive, patient and super sweet to me being it was my first time buying a mattress..I recommend her highly and this establishment to have a great experience for choosing what mattress u want to have for many years. Love her!! ❤❤❤
