Bad customer service. My bill was due yesterday in the amount of $31.25 and I told the lady I would be in today she told me no problem but there would be a $5 late fee added to my account I said ok. She then told me they open from 10am-7pm I told her I would be there before they close well at 12:54pm today they are ringing my doorbell like maniacs and I told them I work over nights. Dont do business with these people. Horrible service.
Used to love this place got new mgt can’t stand it now
Tim was amazing from the get go. He helped me get a gently used mattress that may as well have been brand new. He saved me money and was patient while answering all my questions. The gentleman that delivered was also polite and courteous. Even had a smile on his face after 2 hard and stressful days. I have already recommended buddy's to several of my friends.
I am writing this while dealing with major family issues. With that being said Mr. Tim at this location has been extremely helpful, understanding and courteous. I would recommend anyone looking for something to contact Tim or his staff. You will not regret it.
Worse customer service ever from rep to the manager who told me since I want to be so difficult call back when I wanted to share my info that I felt uncomfortable about .. first time getting furniture this way and they made the process so uncomfortable to me I was asked for my social previous addresses and photo of my id at different stages of being signed up and got littler clarification. When I asked for clarification I was given attitude saying I’m being difficult and should call back once I want to give them this info. I’ve been through plenty of background checks and just wanted to know my information would be safe and I definitely didn’t feel this way. Would never recommend would highly recommend people take there business to the competitors with legit customer services who make you feel comfortable and safe giving out personal information.
