Thankful that I didn’t have to go through a huge hassle to get my mattress returned. However, did not like the fact I had to pay $99 for them to come get a defective mattress and 20% restocking fee. I think the pick up service should have been a courtesy and 10% restocking fee. That’s why I put the 4 stars. Service was good, from purchasing to closing out. I have two other mattress that I purchased over 2 years and those seem to be holding well.
Brian was very knowledgeable and attentive. He took time to explain and answer any questions that I had. He was honest with his answers and opinions. It was a pleasurable experience. I would recommend this location and Brian for your bed needs.
Highly recommend if you need a new bed to go here. They took the time to show you the different mattresses, they didn't try to sell us something we couldn't afford and even gave us a better deal than the sale. Edward was really nice and very patient with us. We actually had a great experience shopping for a new bed.
We decided to go shopping for a new mattress and Mattress Firm was the first one on the list, Brian impressed us with knowledge but we still wanted to continue to shop around. After a visiting some other places we decided to return. Mattress Firm has the best quality for the best price. Brian is friendly and knows what he's talking about. If you need a new mattress go and see him.
Mr. Edward is a fantastic salesman. Not pushy at all. He worked with my budget and got me exactly what I needed with a fast delivery date. Would do business again.
