Andy (Andrew for professional purposes) was so fantastic in helping me pick out the mattress set I needed! I walked in not sure if I would even get one that day but next thing you know i was walking out with a receipt! He was phenomenal on explaining the process and making sure I understand everything about mattresses because I had never bought one before. He went through so many options to let me find the one that fit everything best from my sleeping patterns to my making sure my hips didn’t dip into the mattress! I would definitely recommend working with him to anyone looking for someone to understand your needs in a mattress! He was STELLAR!
All I have to say is WOW and Thank you Andrew! Today, I went into my local store to find a new bed for my fiancé and I, not actually thinking I was going to leave with something. Not only did I leave with a new bed and box spring but I left with the confidence that Andrew took complete care of me. Andrew was personable, understanding and extremely patient as I had a toddler with me. He truly helped me find the best fit for me and made me feel like I got a amazing deal. I never felt obligated or forced into any decision and that is huge for me when shopping for these kinds of things. I would 100% recommend Andrew and his chapel hill store!
An enjoyable shopping experience. We laughed, asked questions and had fun. My salesman was spot on. Showing all the ends and outs of the mattress’ I was interested in to possibly buy. Made my selection and he walked me through each step of the paper work. It was a good buying experience.
