I went into the store on Douglas Blvd with a problem with my phone. Joseph Johnson immediately acknowledged my presence while assisting another customer. When it was my turn, he knew immediately what the problem was and fixed it. He was so nice and professional to everyone he assisted. He is the reason I like dealing with T Mobile. I went in tonight to purchase a new phone for my son. The store manager was extremely helpful. He knew EVERYTHING about all the devices, plans, and payment options. He was assisting two employees who seemed relatively new while being super friendly to every customer in the store. Really great experience.

Walked in to open two new lines. I met Sam would was helping 3 customers and training a new employee. He got me in and out so fast and answered all my questions. Sam is the epitome of customer service! I highly recommend if you are looking to switch to Metro, ask for Sam.
