I just had the best experience in this store. JOEY was thorough explained everything because I struggle understanding all the ins and outs of the phones and the service and everything. He was patient and conned and most importantly got my phone working correctly, got me connected to T-Mobile from Sprint correctly to have better service, and even added some humor which always makes a customer feel welcome and at home. I highly recommend the store for any of your cell phone needs.
I went in to get an upgrade from my old 8+, and Joey helped me out he was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. He got me hooked up with a brand new iPhone 12 which I love do far, I needed the upgrade. Thank you
I worked with Joey. What a great experience. I felt like my phones were being quite challenging but Joey was great. He took his time, figured out the issue and got it fixed. Very pleasant to talk to. Highly recommend!
This location has great customer service. The manager John is great as well he was able to point me into the right direction as far as what phone was best fit for me, and case that’ll help keep my phone protected.nnThe Tmobile expert by the name of Rae was also very helpful she was very patient in regards to all the questions that I had she made the process easy for me to understand, and was very patient with them me.nnI’d recommend this location to anyone looking for great service. Everyone there had a smile on on their face, underneath their mask I just know it.
This T-Mobile absolutely the best! Joey was very helpful and nice! He answered all my questions and worked with me finding what fits best for me! They were very quick in the store to get everything switched over! Hands down best customer service!
