Always able to get what I need without taking a long time to get it.
We called ahead and they pulled a small item off the shelves and had it ready for us to pick up. Very kind and helpful service.
Mr. Keaton has been at this store since I was in High School and is one of the friendliest men I've ever met in the music business. I love driving out to Douglasville to visit the store and pick up sticks, cables, heads, and adapters when necessary. The selection at the store consists mainly of the necessities, ranging from concert band instruments to PA equipment, drumsets, cymbals, guitars, and more. What I particularly like is the store's selection of Peavey and Hosa products, namely their excellent XLR cables. There's no other place in the west Georgia area that offers such a solid collection of adapters and cables for musical applications, especially once Radioshak closed its doors in Villa Rica several years ago. If it's something I need quick, be it for a big project or just practice, I'll always go to Jackson's first.
Austin was Wonderful. He spoke with me over the phone. When I arrived to Jackson Music in Douglasville, Georgia Austin met me at the Door. He assisted me with my 11yr old sons trumpet and I was able to get Valve oil. Great job Jackson Music Douglasville
