Great customer service! Lady was very helpful!
Walked in to the store to ask for an estimate for granite countertops, first of all the lady didn’t even greed us and I had to approach her myself. Then she had attitude when we asked her questions about pricing and showed her our measurements. Horrible customer service and we will not get service from them.don’t bother going there they are overpriced too just go somewhere that they at least respect you.
I am an interior designer and absolutely loved working with my rep Roxie. She was attentive and detail oriented from start to finish! She was available for me whenever I needed assistance and followed up with me constantly.nnMy clients love their kitchen.nnThe counter top installers were fast and sufficient. My experience was great. I meet my deadline and stayed on budget.
Stopped in to get price and Roxie was great helping with the design and pricing. The do need to work on staffing as she was handling the showroom by herself. If you want attentive (and polite) service you need to make sure she is there on the day you visit. I've visited when she wasn't there and felt like my presence in the store was a bother to them.
