No help. Once you purchase your phone you are on your own. It had been under 30 days since i purchased my phone and they won't replace the phone screen protection. Sad

I went into the T-Mobile on South Hairston to get help in regards to an old account and the representatives were both on their phones and seemed irritated when I asked them to call customer care just to verify my old account. The representative Greg was very short with me when I was trying to explain my situation to him about why I needed him to call customer care so I ended up doing it myself and he literally walked away from me and sat down with the other sales associate and left me at the counter while they talked and laughed on their phones. I was extremely disappointed by the lack of care and service from this location because I actually used to work at this exact location a few years ago and management would never allow these types of attitudes and behaviors to happen. Both reps were really unprofessional and showed zero empathy for me and I have been a dedicated Tmobile customer for over a decade. I definitely will never return to this location nor would I recommend anyone else to.

Customer service was really good. The store was clean and organized. They didn't have the item I wanted but they restock everyday so I'm able to get it tomorrow.

The worst T-Mobile store ever All they can do is accept payments as far as anything else they are horrible they do not help I'm going to make sure I speak to the district manager of T-Mobile with these employees that they have in they store because I paid too much money to be treated the way I was treated today there was no sense of care there was no sense of helping me at all I never experienced this in my life with T-Mobile but this location in particular I will make sure I speak to who I need to speak to until it's handled and resolved they ran into the wrong customer today
