November 10, 2020,10:15am. Walked into the store and NOT ONE OF THE ASSOCIATES HAD ON A MASK. After they decided to put on a mask. Carlos helped me out, and he was Not helpful at all. I was there in response to a promotion that MetroPCS had text me. The black female associate Rudely interjected into the conversation and told me I could go to another store. The Associate's at this location were not knowledgeable with the products/services and were Rude.

I come to this location every time THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING EVERY 1 IS SO NICE they listen to your needs and provide EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! Chip and the staff has ALWAYS been the BEST in assisting me in a timely manner even with purchasing a new phone or making a simple payment. Very great experience I had with sales person name chip I was buying a phone for my daughter birthday chip was very patient and knowledgeable of me picking the right phone for my daughter very great customer service. I was very pleased with the service I received from chip. He even gave me a nice case for my daughter new phone.
