I came in stood in line and was told to sign in. After signing in 1 lady got ahead of me. The office manager Stara said to wait for your name to be called. I took a seat and waited to hear my name as other new customers were being helped I got up to inform Stara the office mgr that I had been waiting. She said she called my number then changed her statement and said she called my name. I then addressed this to the associate Tyler that began helping me the office manager Stara interrupted the conversation being very loud while helping another customer and began saying How did she take 2 customers. I then politely explained I was there before 2 others customers. She rolled her eyes continuing to mumble and offered no apology just said I would be helped next. She is very rude and doesn’t have good communication or custom service skills at all.. I hope this. Message reaches Corporate and the Store Mgr Courtney!! Office Depo is a Brand and she isn’t a good representation!!

The security guard/ manager was rude did not help held a conversation with a gentleman at the register. The young lady at the printer counter was very helpful and quick. The young lady at the self serve could not multi task and went out of order when helping customers . This store usually has a welcoming vibe but today was gloomy, uninterested and tiresome.

Good store. Didn't have my printer immediately available that I ordered online, but they eventually brought it out.

Wasted time driving to this location. I needed to scan documents onto my USB. The store closes at 8pm. I arrived at 7:15p only to be told that the print and copy area was closed for the night. The department closes one hour prior to the closing of the store which was at 7p. To prevent people from wasting their time, please update your website to reflect this information. I would have left earlier to make it before 7pm. However, with the operating hours stating as 8pm one would think that means the entire store. I was offered to use the self service option. I’m computer and machine savvy but your equipment is a joke. The scanners failed to operate multiple times. After informing the employee of the malfunction she suggested that I return back the next morning at 9am. No help what so ever. The worse Office Depot I’ve visited. Poor customer service, poor machinery and poor marketing for failure to update the website. I will visit the Office Depot near my home in the future.

I have been waiting for 1 hour in the printing department. The store is dirty and it stinks. They don’t have 5x7 pictures. They also were not educated about the photo paper types. This is the worst Office Depot experience ever. I will not return here and I’ll be calling corporate.
