I have to say this was the best Subway half Italian Sub. I decided on the Italian herb and cheese bread, had the sub heated with provolone cheese, lettuce, sweet onion, banana peppers and black olives. I don't know what he put on it because it wasn't my normal oil and vinegar but it was ud83dude0e! It gave the sub a spicy sweet flavor that I had not had before. Hats off to the young man that made it on Tues April 6th! I will definitely be back to get another one. The only thing that would have made it better would be to be able to sit there and enjoy. I probably would have gotten another to take with me. One day things will be back to normal! Until then I will enjoy my Italian Sub in the parking lot, ud83dude06

Well, I needed a new phone...the price was reasonable. The customer service and product knowledge of the sales rep was awesome.

Worst place to go, I came to pay my phone bill and the guy says they didn't recognize my number....I so I went to another metro PCS store...guess what?? They recognized it and I paid my bill. Now today I came to give a second chance and they have the store locked at 3p.m. this place is trash...

AS A BLACK WOMAN, I ADVISED MY FELLOW BLACK COMMUNITY TO NOT PATRONIZE AT THIS LOCATION. I WAS MISTREATED POORLY, THE OWNEER ATTITUDE IS AWFUL SO AWFUL UNTIL I STILL MAKE SENSE TO HOW HE EVEN OWNS AND OPERATES THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I WAS TOLD I COULDN’T PORT SERVICES TO MY SPRINT PHONE EVEN THOUGH IT WAS CONFIRMED ALREADY THROUGH SPRINT AND METRO PCS COOPERATE THAT I COULD. THE OWNER CONSTANTLY TALKED OVER ME AND CUT ME OFF SAYING HE COULD NEVER PORT METRO SERVICES OVER TO A SPRINT PHONE AND I SHOULD LEAVE THE STORE. WHEN I STATED THAT MY MOTHER WAS ABLE TO GET METRO PCS SERVICES WITH HER SPRINT PHONE WITH NO ISSUES, HE THAN THREW MY PHONE AT ME AND YELLED GET OUT OF HIS STORE. I WAS ABLE TO GO TO ANOTHER METRO PCS STORE LOCATION AND THEY WERE ABLE TO PORT MY SERVICES WITH NO ISSUES OR PROBLEMS. I ALSO MADE A COMPLAINT TO COOPERATE IN REGARDS TO THIS STORE AND THIS ENCOUNTER I HAD!

I had great customer service here. I don't know who used to work there, but everyone that currently does deserves a raise. This is the only metro store that always have everything that i need and is able to fully answer all of my questions.
