I've always had positive experiences when visiting this store, employees always friendly, seem to know me personally, and always greet me with a smile.
horrible i take wah and dryer i applicate on internet for normal no digital i paid 25 for reserved firts the store bring a digital wash electric and dryer digital electric in the contract said semimontly 54.10 but i paid first 58 then the next month for the two next week at the monthi paid 88 .81 and the contract said i paid 108 and i paid montly 141.46 dont come this store actually the washer was liquid and i call the store suppoust come next day at 3 and no body come im really ubset with this store
There very much for the people but at the end of the day every one has a job to do I love the customer service Nate is the best he is very charming and down to earth and understanding !
Some of the worst customer service I ever experienced. From management at that. I would because of the pandemic every need sales. How can you retain customers if you run them away.
Worst customer service ever. I called to get approved and the lady who picked up told me their system was down and to call back in an hour. So I did just that. When I called a different lady picked up and I asked again if I can get approved. I could hear the other lady in the background talking about me saying I’m asking the same question and sounding annoyed. Then they hang up. Wouldn’t recommend this ghetto place.
