I ordered and received the wrong item - very similar, but not the item I ordered. I reached out to Customer Service via email and received an immediate reply. Mud Pie is sending me the item I ordered at no cost. I appreciate their understanding, quick responses, and willingness to correct their mistake. Excellent customer service!

Nice products, terrible service. Was notified via email of an out of stock item and called to see if I could switch it out with a similar product. I stated I’d be happy to pay the $1 or so difference, but that was not an option. I was told that the “order had been closed” and couldn’t be modified. Other companies I’ve ordered from have always made up when they couldn’t fulfill an item. I feel that they could’ve handled much better. Girl on the phone wasn’t too helpful either. Won’t be purchasing again.
It was very good can't wait to start work.
