Ashley B was amazing she helped my husband and I on 3/25/2021. Something that should have taken 30 to 45 minutes literally took 3.5hrs. She was professional, very patient and courtesy. T-Mobile keep hiring workers like Ashley B many blessings signed a HAPPY CUSTOMER!
Ashely b and Mario V did a good job helping me and my parents they showed great customer service.
The place was clean store front looked like a t-mobile commercial i was greeted immediately.! The employees were very nice. The manager Ashley was extremely knowledgeable and helpful by far the best t-mobile in the metro area!
This location has outstanding customer service the entire team was very helpful especially the store manager Ashley . My phone was malfunctioning and I needed a new one immediately so To keep us from waiting 3-5 business days from ordering a phone she went to another location and picked up the phone for us and brought it to us on her day off. It’s soooooo many great experiences I could share with you all but I rather tell you guys to shop at this particular locationn11379 TARA BLVD STE 1nHAMPTON, GA 30228-6261nyou will not be disappointed!!! The store manager ASHLEY has great customer service, she’s running a great team.
