Absolutely no customer service.no one amswers the phone.they were immature and rude.terrible.i dont want metro anymore
I had a great experience here. The staff was polite and very helpful. Donna assisted me with getting a phone for my daughter and a couple of protective cases. Kudos to both ladies that were working that day. I will be visiting here again in the future. Also, their prices on cases are competitive with other retailers in the area.

One of the best Metro stores I've visited. Friendly staff who aren't over bearing. They ask if you want this or that accessory but no scaremongering to try and push you into it. Very helpful in getting the best price, informed me much earlier this year about a promo on Facebook that got me a much better phone for Free!
My 2 daughters and I walked in to purchase 3 phones. Stayed in store about 10min.. Touching several phones. Was not greeted nor asked if needed assistance. Walked out. I will not beg you to take my money. There's an authorized dealer on every corner practically. On to the next. ..
