I have been left on hold for fifteen plus minutes, then they hung up on me the next three calls. I love the pharmacist, he was so nice. It takes 20-30 mins, for them to bring meds to the car, the credit card machine is broken, people be illegally parked in prescription pickup and handicapped parking. The climate in the parking lot is terrible. I feel like I’m on the South side of Chicago, when I go here. And I have never been inside...smh. They definitely need customer service training. I am from Illinois, stayed in Alabama, five months and have never had such a terrible experience at a pharmacy in 60 yrs.
The people that work at the pharmacy, place you on hold and don’t come back to the phone. The customer service is horrible. This has been going on for too long. They don’t even deserve the 1 star.
Very poor service and attitudenHospital called in a prescription at 4pm was not ready until 12 the next day.
My experience is that the staff is always working just like any other pharmacy that I've been. The staff has always been curious and professional. I dont think all of the comments made captures the total picture of the pharmacy. Considering the walmart staff services walmart shoppers and pharmacy customers, I think they do a good. Not perfect, but at least a good job.
