MATT is amazing! He was so warm and welcoming! He is truly a people's person and gave such a thorough showing. We picked the perfect lazy boy and were catered to the entire time. We shared many laughs and stories of our families. I was impressed at his extensive knowledge on the Lay z Boy brand, science-backed functionality, and history! I made a sure, well informed decision and was welcomed, embraced, and celebrated with the friendliest heart. COME SEE MATT!!! I couldn't have asked for a better experience @Lay z Boy!

The new Zealander saleslady was such a pleasure to work with. They accommodated my price, encouraged me to even look elsewhere (as a salesperson myself I respect that so that the customer doesn't feel pressured) and found something in my budget.nnI look forward to the delivery and enjoying our new recliner. Hopefully la z boy products are still as good as they were back in the day.nnGreat shopping experience!

My review contains the buying process at the Pooler, Ga store. We ordered a rocker/recliner but will wait a month to receive it which was fine with us.nnUpon entering (our face mask on) the store we we were greeted by Dallas Harper who assisted us in our search for a recliner. The store staff all wore face mask as well. Dallas was very knowledgeable about the recliners we looked at. The manager of the store also assisted in explaining the manufacturing process of the recliners. We’re are very happy with our decision of a Lazy Boy recliner. For us it was a 5-star experience as Dallas and the staff of the store made the shopping experience entertaining and safe.

Our Sales Consultant Katlyn, at the Pooler, GA store, was one of the most knowledgeable people my wife and I have worked with. The hold team spent ample time helping us choose the right furnishings for our new home. We highly recommend you check out this store before you buy anywhere else.

Worked with Jason and Javohn and the decorator as well. All were very helpful and pleasant to work with. No pressure to make a purchase which I appreciated. Just wish delivery didn't take up to 8 months !
