Bought a couch and coffee table 2 years ago and had a pleasant experience. I just moved and bought a king mattress, dresser and end table. Good prices and the staff was nice. The guy didn’t hover which I appreciated. They’re not open normal hours but it didn’t take long for an email response and we scheduled a time to meet. Delivery was quick and easy both times. The most recent experience were two guys(can’t remember the company) and honestly they were super funny and really nice.
Seems like decent place but very hot inside like unbelievably hot. So I didnt stick around to look long. Did get good deal on some furniture.
Within 30 to 45 minutes of visiting this place, I had a truck pull up to my house with a mattress I had just purchased. Guys were super helpful and very nice. I will be back!
No Hi pressure sales. Pricing is excellent had 3 pieces I wanted in stock and received same day delivery by a 3rd party delivery they use. No complaints.
So rude an unprofessional.nUnable to make contact with the store. After a couple Facebook messages were sent requesting best contact practices and for information on a specific set of pieces (asking for final pricing and delivery options), I got a response 10 hours later being told they are “too busy to answer phones on weekends.”nWhen asked for clarification due to store hours and availability (already irritated that a business wanting to earn my money would behave such a way) and was rudely told “step one, get a calculator“nI understand that businesses can get busy with limited hours, but that’s simply not how you treat people if you hope to have a good relationship and a thriving business.nAll I hoped for was a little courtesy and a final number including delivery and tax so I could prepare.nI will happily take my business elsewhere.
